rechtswetenschap (advocatuur) - sinds 2015 - bestuur van de plaatselijke orde van advocaten met als voorzitter de (plaatselijke) deken. De deken en de leden van de ~ zijn ook advocaten. De ~ heeft als kerntaak te houden van toezicht op de advocaten in het arrondissment. De ~ vergadert maandelijks. Ieder lid houdt zich bezig met toezicht en heeft zijn eigen portefeuille. Zo is er bijv. een portefeuillehouder opleiding, gefinancierde rechtsbijstand en strafrecht. Daarnaast is de ~, via het Bureau van de Orde, aanspreekpunt voor eenieder die vragen heeft over de advocatuur. De ~ mag geen inhoudelijk juridisch advies geven.
