rechtswetenschap (rechtsgeschiedenis) - rechtsprekende raad opgericht in 1944 die voorzag in het herstel van het financieel-economische rechtsverkeer na WO II en het terugdraaien van een aantal anti-Joodse verordeningen. Zo bepaalde de ~ in 1952 dat de commissionairs die hebben gehandeld in 'joodse' effecten 'te kwader trouw' waren geweest. De beurs dreigde voor het eerst in de geschiedenis met een staking, waarvoor de regering bijna zwichtte. De regering produceerde uiteindelijk een afkoopregeling, waarbij de joden 90 procent van de waarde van hun effecten kregen uitgekeerd. (Bron: NRC) De ~ is in 1967 opgeheven.
